Pilates and yoga are low-impact activities that can have a meaningful impact on a child’s overall fitness and self-esteem. This beginner class for ages 7 to 10 combines Pilates and yoga modalities with breathing exercises and guided meditation. Designed to be fun and engaging, sequences aim to build strength, coordination, and kinesthetic awareness. Instructor Toni is certified in Children’s & Adolescent Yoga by Yoga for Life.
