"I attend Monica’s and Rosaly's Mixed Level classes on Monday and Friday mornings. Since coming to the studio in May, I have seen great results and really feel like I'm strengthening my core inside and outside of classes based on their suggestions. I love that the studio is smaller because it enables the instructors to provide extra attention to everyone.
"Monica is very patient. I love how she begins with a series of breathing techniques and ends with a full-body stretch so we begin the rest of the day with good posture. Monica understands that every body handles resistance differently. On days when I cannot exercise with a heavier spring, she encourages a lighter spring and provides modifications. She is a hands-on instructor, which is something I seek in Pilates classes. She is diligent about correcting my form and can tell if I am activating the proper muscles.
"Rosaly is a lively instructor who encourages clients to challenge their bodies. I enjoy taking her Friday morning classes so I can kick off the weekend feeling strong! Rosaly is also very hands on and is attentive to detail. Whenever my body is not aligned, she immediately corrects my form and watches until I move correctly to activate the appropriate muscles. “I practice regularly on the reformer and the Combo Chair whenever I can. The Combo Chair is a different workout with so many benefits. The whole movement feels seamless as it targets every part of the body. It reaches muscles that the reformer does not. I also do the jumpboard when I want to add cardio.
