Studio Policies

Payment

Sessions must be booked and paid in advance on our website. Class sessions are 50 minutes long to allow ample time for cleaning between classes. 

Arrival & Departure

Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class. When you arrive remove your shoes in the reception area and put on grip socks. Hand sanitizer is provided for use prior to beginning your session. We ask that clients wipe down reformers and props at the end of their sessions. 

Grip Socks

Clients are required to wear grip socks during workouts. You may bring your own or purchase in the studio. 

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our instructors and to accommodate wait-list clients, we adhere to a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please adjust your booking on the website 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment. By booking a class, you authorize Pilates on Ludlow to charge your credit card in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Substitute Instructors

We reserve the right to substitute instructors as necessary. We do not give refunds if you cancel due to a change in instructor.
